Lets admit it the hutt city council sucks. If you live in Eastbourne (beautifull sunnny eastbourne) the chances are you’re paying for it. Paying for it. and paying for it. If you’re thinking about buying in Eastbourne, stop thinking now!!! The rates are inflated and you get nothing back in return. They messed up the roads, and once you pass days bay (where they charge you a fortune in rates) the council actually do less for you… Lets take the beach, its covered in stones - you will not be sun bathing down by Konini Street! Not at the beach anyway. So whats the moral that gives us pause…. beats me :P
