Update: New Title

Cramp

Since last weekend things have been up and down, I’d say things have been more up then down. Money seems to be the origin of my concerns and today I might have secured a few jobs, a little more cash in the pocket will be nice.

My legs are sore. I have a deep cramp behind my knees. I am about to do some Yoga, then the crypto cross word, and then bed.

Head Fuck, but otherwise good day!

Sometimes I can be such an idiot. Amber read MOM (mind of mufasa) (i an the king of the jungle) last night (last night being monday wgtn anniversary night); she read the whole lot. She said something to me afterwards that for some reason I took offence to and took the wrong way. Consequently I got shitty, she told me some stuff I wasn’t really into hearing and I got even more shitty. I even felt Jealous, and what is that huh???? physically it was like a weight in my chest, in my lungs something was restraining them, my head was doing some miles. All for something I took the wrong way. You’ll all be glad to know that after a while we talked and moved on, snuggled, smiled, and slept soundly.

Did I mention it was a long weekend. Friday night I was gloomy, slightly depressed, and financially out of pocket. I got a $150 fine for not wearing my seat belt which never feels good. Dad lent me $200 and that helped. I just cant wait till my work starts bringing in some good $$$$. I saw Amber and her friends though which was nice, we ate watermelon in the botanical gardens.

On Saturday I hung out with Mark; we walked up Mt Vic, had coffee at the Chocolate Fish, we went to my folks and chilled the heck out. Had a quiet night. Sunday was the CASC, I chaired and chaired well. Amber ended up staying the night. The next morning we had coffee with Mark, hung out with mickey, and topped it off with dinner at Mum and Dads. Very nice. Goto line 1. Doh!

Spam Invaders

As you may know, spammers have started to invade blog comments, and this site has seen its share of it.

Here’s the policy:

* If your comment definitely is spam, it is deleted.
* If it looks or feels like spam, it is deleted.
I don’t care if your URL just happens to be cheap-ass-stuff.com or wowlookatgirlz.nu: if your comment is on topic but your URL leads to a site with a crappy URL and the site aims to sell something dodgy, tough luck. You should have commented without an URL, that’s all: this site is not an advertising billboard.
* If your comment is on a very old post, I may just delete it on sight. If it was a genuine on topic comment, blame yourself for commenting a post that no one is going to visit anymore, instead of bringing the issue on the support forums.
* If your comment is a flame/insult, it is deleted.

This is not censorship, it’s just keeping the spam out. So if you commented, and you don’t see your comment anymore, you know what happened.

Fortunately, if you read and understood this post you are not likely to be affected by this policy.

Some families are skilled at presenting a handsome facade to the world, no matter what was really going on; it was all lies, of course, but at least it was a convenience to visitor. But there were other families where the emotional wounds of the participants never healed, never even closed up and scabbed over, and no one even bothered to cover them up - like certain ghastly effigies in Papist churches with exposed bleeding hearts and gushing stigmata. Having dinner or even polite conversation with them was like sitting around the table participating in Hooke’s dog experiment - everything you did or said was like another squeeze of the bellows, and you could stare right in through the vacancies in the rib cage and see the organs helplessly responding, the heart twitching with it own macarbe internal power of perpetual motion. Daniel suspected that the Newtons were one of those families…

Swinging it Baby! Yeah!

I’m back into the swing of things. Almost. I am home and I am home with Amber. She’s nice for me. I think she’s going to hang around for awhile. Sorry ladies.

The able tas was ok. Been there done that, it was nice to relax. You might have extrapolated by now that things didn’t happen with any second parties. I met lots of tourists, shame I didn’t keep numbers for when I inevitably travel. Dont know what else to say just now. I will keep you posted.
