Bukowski - Kitchens

often, for a male the state of the kitchen is the state of the mind.
but not for a woman - unfortunately the state of her kitchen is (exceptions be granted) in direct ratio to how much she cares for you.some woman have theories on how to save the world but cant wash out a coffee cup. if you mention this to them they will they will tell you: “washing out coffee cups isn’t important.” unfortunately, it is. especially to a man who’s worked 8 hours straight plus over time. you begin saving the world one man at a time; all else is grandiose romanticism or politics.

Saunderson @ Metro

Last night I went and Saw Kevin Saunderson at the old Metro bar under Mid City. Un(fucking)real. I had the wickedest time. I havent partied so hard in ages. I went with Hannah(sis), Kav(mate/pulsar), Billy(buddddy), Anna(mmm coffee).

Rated with some of the best parties I’ve ever been to - Checkpoint, Ra Bar(hallowean vegas 2002), the first gathering I went to, some party at the town hall with Billy(2002), I wont be forgetting this one in a hurry. There were moments when it was like I was fucking levitating man!

Then I crashed and went home @ 5 :)

Movies of the Moment!

Really Good Movies - Some of my all time favourites.
The Rules Of Attraction
All about Batemans little bro. Better then the movie American Psycho? Yes.
The 25th Hour
Ed Norton is the man! What a cool movie. What would you do if you only had 25 hours left to kill…
The Red Violin
A little bit of history never hurt anybody. Good selection of actors.
Another Day in Paradise
When Junkies go wrong! (hmmmm thats a given)

Yes there are more, but the great mind of mufasa can only think of so many fantastic and enjoyable movies at any one time. Ok, one more then for the pure funk of it Jesus Christ Superstar, there you have it folks! Keep coming back!

Nu Home

I’m going to start looking for alternate living arrangements soon. I’m looking for somewhere that has better sound proofing, more sun, more mod cons, and a garden. The type of people I want to live with must be tidy, fun, and into what I’m into*. If you know of anywhere, or would like to join the festivities then you know where to comment.

*Hacky, Reading, Dancing, Tramping (hiking for you yanks), passionate about stuff (anything but drugs thank you very much), being kinda cheeky, like to watch DVD’s(no b grade americana thankyou), into random missioning, network games.

Mz Cara

how art thou?

Kudos

I went out last night with Moz, Laus, and Martin.

Moz is an awesome chick, a great gal with a fiery personality.
Martin reminded me of Holly the ships computer in Red Dwarf - slow but smart and funny.
Laus is this cute chick with an interesting personality whom I’d like to get to know more, is she a little shy though? She sure had an unique anti drug stance.

Shoes

It’s a strange world we live in when the $300 pair of shoes ware out before our last pair of cheaper shoes, come to think about it though I think the only shoes I’ve ever owned that really lasted were some old airwalks and my Solomon tramping boots.

Dad told me this the other day and I thought it was cool,

“wasteth not time for time will surely waste you”

Woke Up This Mornin’

My skins burning up it feels real creepy and crawly. I think it’s the gamma tube blasting radiation into my face everyday. I need a laptop with a TFT display. It’d be like the geek equivlent of having a facial everyday. (not that kind!)

Went dancing last Saturday @ sub 9 and studio. Concord Dawn sucked but owned in AKL, It didnt take me long to get bored with their repititive D&B and check out la funky room in studio. Thats where I bumped into a friend of mine from teh ballroom. We had a good yarn and I left her having had a dance and a kiss. Wicked!

Sunday was ASC all day. I went and saw Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl afterwards and it was a thouroughbly enjoyable movie and would recomend it to anybody!
